Signed up for contract but received no airtime

I signed up for a vodacom to up 49 through Elite mobile in december called by a sales consultant from their company. My bank account was debited and to date I haven't received my airtime I paid for. In December I received sms's saying I requested a sim swap, I ignored them and deleted them. Later another one stating that my sim swap was successfu which I did not request, when I called Vodacom they said it may have been activity and my number was not changed. This morning I woke up, my phone being bombarded by irritating messages stating: "Unfortunately this number is not a Vodacom subscriber number, Please contact your service provider for your upgrade date. [URL Removed] I've received over 30 of these sms's in an hour. Its very funny how they called me on my Vodacom number and offered me a Vodacom top up contract. And today my number is not a Vodacom number. This morning I called Vodacom to verify, I've used the same number for 9 years, who gave Elite Mobile the right to do a sim swap on my behalf? Who said I want a new number? And where is my airtime? Funny how you can call quickly when following up sales but take forever to respond to client complains.
