Good Day,

I had contract with cell to cell and when i lost my phone three weeks back I have bee battling to get a sim swap .i went to Auto page whereby i got my sim card and i was advised to go to any Edgars stores to activate the sim card there, The consultants from Edgars have ever since tried to get through to this RMCS 0860332244 But we NEVER GOT THROUGH, we will hold on for more than 3hrs without any luck that was on Monday and Tuesday. I emailed [email protected] on Tuesday to ask for assistance but I have never got any feedback from so called manager. so I kept on trying to call them myself and I evitually got through on Thursday at 9.am and I spoke to one of the ladies that helped me and advised that my phone will be activated within 24hrs and that I consulted will call me back to verify . now on the 11/01/2014 I had to call again because its more than three days now that my number is still not activated and I spoke to Thato who advised me that the people working with the activation hasn't done it and I have to wait until next week.
this is unexceptionable, calling with my phone which my bill is more than R120 so far and I still cant get swim swap??
