No Response on opened account

An Account was opened with Vodacom using my ID number. I got a call from Vodacom Collections telling me about an amout outstanding on my account on 11/12/2013, But I havent been a vodacom client since 2010. I told them that this was a acoount and they asked me to send my documents to the legal department fax number. I sent through the documents as requested and sent a follow up email to confirm. No one from vodacom has let me know what is going on. I called the Legal department today and I was told that this has been moved to vodacom direct. I cannot seem to get anyone that can help me in that department. I need to get this account closed and my name cleared with the credit Bureau. Also, for the last week - I keep getting a call from a witheld number with an automated caller from vodacom asking me to confirm if i am the owner of some number. I really need this to be resolved ASAP
