My upgrade was not processed on 16 Aug. as a result I got massive bills for Sep, Oct and Dec. Eventually the retentions dep rectified the issue by the end of Nov. I also need to be refunded for the data charges for Sep, Oct and Nov. For this I called the call centre various times and again got very bad service. They eventually got a Data billing query logged on the 19th Dec 2013 and I got a sms from Kashiefa Greeff confirming that the query is logged, but I did not get a ref nr. The 14 working day SLA will end 10Dec. I have not received a single call from Kashiefa or anyone from Voda. I have called various times to talk to Kashiefa, but they could not find her. A few agents sent her a mail requesting her to call me. I got no response. Today, I called again and spoke to Waleed Sulaiman who was extremely. He can only see a call logged on 27Dec and the SLA of 14 days will take it to 15Jan. This call was for Kashiefa to call me. I want this query resolved as soon as possible and the money owed to me, paid back with interest. I do not want a credit on my account or any other form of payment like a voucher or data bundle!!! I want an EFT into my account. Vodacom's got my details.
