Crazy bill and no response

I have a few accounts with vodacom and had it for atleast 10 years.i have a tablet witch i dont use alot and for the last 6 months of this contract and my bill was the same with amount of R350.to my surprise i received an invoice of R10000 for a internet bill and whats weird about the whole story the day i signed the contract i asked the sales guy that the limit must be set at 1gb and not more.but when i phoned vodacom on the 17 of december 2013 i was told that somebody will phone me within 48hrs to resolve the problem and up to date no one phoned me.and after i told them that i wont pay it because its not my problem if the limit wasnt set by the sales guy and there is no proof that any person receive to say if limit was set or not.and still vodacom took the money, or tried but i withdraw my money because i knew this was going to happen
