On the 2 January there has been 3 debit orders run on my account for the same amount (above). I dont understand why there was 3 orders run on the same day for the same amount.
The debit orders was returned and i was charged 3 x the bank charges which is R120 x 3 (R360) whereas the charge should have just been R120 for the single debit order. Who will pay these extra bank charges, this is almost half the amount that was debited. I'm not sure which can run a debit order for the same amount 3 x on the same day. This is totally unacceptable. I need a credit for the cost of the bank charges that has been run through my account unlawfully, which is the R240
