INCORRECT DELIVERY

I APPLIED FOR A P6 CELL PHONE CONTRACT ON THE 07/01/2014 FROM CELL C OVER THE PHONE AND I HAVE SPECIFIED THAT I NEED THE WHITE COLOUR AND ROMANO THE CONSULTANT SAID THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK FOR THE WHITE COLOUR AND I SAID I AM WILLING TO WAIT FOR STOCK, THE FOLLOWING DAY THEY DELIVERED A WRONG COLOUR (BLACK), I PHONED CELL C IMMEDIATELY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL ORGANISE A COLLECTION AND AFTER 7 DAYS AFTER THE COLLECTION HAS BEEN DONE I HAVE TO PHONE THEM AND THEY WILL TAKE IT FROM THERE. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THAT. I PHONE CELL C AGAIN AND THE CONSULTANT BY THE NAME OF NOMONDE WAS ASSISTING ME, I TOLD HER THE STORY AND I ASKED HER IF CELL C IS GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE COLLECTION AND SHE SAID NO AND I ALSO ASKED IF I'LL BE CHARGED FOR MONTHLY FEES AND SHE SAID YES, AND I ASKED I WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR WRONG GOODS AND I SPECIFIED THAT I WANT A P6 IN WHITE COLOUR, THEN SHE SAID THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES ON THE COLOUR AND I TOLD HER THAT I WAS WILLING TO WAIT FOR THE NEW STOCK TO COME AND I HAVE MENTIONED THAT WHEN I APPLIED FOR THE CONTACT. SHE CONFIRMED THAT A COLOUR WAS SPECIEFIED ON THE COMMENTS, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR AND SHE WAS AVAILABLE. I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL
