Cell c phoned me to sell a contract on the supposed latest new Samsung galaxy 5 as per the sales caller! When I received the mobile phone it was a Samsung pocket phone!!! Not as per sales call. It was arranged asap to be sent back via the courier with in the week it was delivered. The phone was never opened or the contarct was never!! activated. This was in September 2013 sins then I have had debit orders go off my bank account and one excuse after the other when wanting a refund now I have received a cancellation invoice!!! For a misguided sale!!! Cell c stop waisting my time I am the one phoning to check the progress of the disgusting poor service each time i am told the a cell c representative will phone back in 48 hours
your 48hour complaint and follow up time had turned in to MONTHS now What is happening? Last I checked 48h was two days not three to four months very quick to try and get a contract but otherwise service is pathetic and go listen to the sales call the phone as per call and what was sent out two different phones very misleading!!! This was never activated so a refund is needed on the debit orders that you had no permission to make sins there was no phone
