We live in Howick and are having a terrible time with signal. We cannot use a dongal as we do not get 3G. We often have calls dropped as the signal drops to an SOS!!! My boyfriend runs a business from our home and on a 24 hour call out... customers need to get hold of us at any time. With no signal they cannot and get stuck on the side of the road and cursing us! There is a tower in Merrivale which is not good enough. In querying it with Vodacom the arrogant gentleman says there is coverage and we should not be complaining. I have had enough!!! I am a nurse too so if someone needs me... lives are at stake! Vodacom needs to attend to this and to compensate us for all the calls charged for that have been dropped!!!
We have HAD it now! Sort the issue out NOW!!!
