After writing a review on non service from Telkom on Hellopeter, i was surprised that Telkom responded within an hour. However, again false promises were made and I am still waiting for my line to be transferred.
I have made numerous calls, followed up by visiting Telkom stores at tygervalley and Canal Walk- and still no telephone service and NOBODY from Telkom can give me an indication as to when I can have my telephone line restored.
I have been waiting since 9th December 2013. How much longer does Telkom expect me to wait?

Logged call with Thobeka canal walk on 4th January who sent email to Telkom escalation- still no response.
Been holding on for Telkom for more than 40 minutes this morning- nobody answers!!!
