I have been trying without sucess for the last 3 weeks to cancel a contract that RMCS has on my number. i never agreed to any contract as my number is prepaid. My prepaid BIS service has now been cancelled due to RMCS MTN Top Up contract on my number. Their call centre has a bunch of working for them, when you are able to get thru after holding on for 45min to an 1 hour just to get to someone, they cannot assit you as they don't understand what your query is. They fob you off telling you someone from their cancellation dept. will contact you. Its been 3 weeks and 6 long calls later and still i have no repsonse from RMCS. My life is a nightmare due to RMCS.
