Cancellation of cellphone contract

Hi, my name is Nosihle Mashinini I was offered a cell phone contract which I was told I can cancel it should I wish so, on the 23/12/2013 I received an sms saying it will be delivered in 2-3 working days, on the 24th Dec 13 I called their customer care 086 000 9579 and it said all their consultant were busy it gave an option to leave a message, which I did with my ID number and cell and work number explaining in detail that I would like to cancel the offer, after about an hour or 2 the courier delivered the phone... I waited for someone from their call center to get back to me, no one did, I called again on the 27-12-2013 same story, on the 28-12-2013 I sent through an email to [Email Removed] still no respond from them, I called again on the 2-01-2014 left a message no one cares to respond, I sent through 3 email today still no respond. I was told I can cancel within 5 working days, how do I do that when they can't even answer their phone. The phone is still sealed I havnt opened it, I just want them to cancel it and send a courier to come and pick it up, the sad part they will want to charge me for that whilst I have spend my money buying airtime to call them and leave messages.
