On numerous occasions in the past I have questioned Telkom's ADSL speed, with no response Since I pay for a "faster ADSL speed" service I am concerned that most of the time the up- and download speed is not what I am paying for. I have also sent Telkom copies of the so called "speed test reports" which is far below par.
My question to Telkom is, is this permissible, as it borders on!
