At the end of Nov 2013 I took out 2 contracts with Telkom asking them to bill my acc on the 25th of each month. Its Jan 2014 now and I still havent been billed. I enquired with the branch, but they cannot assist, they say they dont assist with technical queries, infact not even billing, they just sell contracts. Not even the call centre. This is pathetic.
Evertime I call Im told that they cant access my biling info. The same with their Wifi. Im supposed to have 10Gb wifi to use when in proximity, but only only get to connect with Telkom Mobile guest, which requires a sms for code everytime and doesnt work even after code is entered. I've even done research on the site for the wifi spots and still struggling.
So for the last few days of Nov, entire month of Dec and these few days I've not been able to use the wifi service. The other Telkom mobile connect requires settings that they cant give me either.
They sell contracts, but no support at all.
So i guess they will try to bill me this month prorata for Nov, entire Dec and Jan as well? A huge inconveniece and still no wifi either.
And please dont call and send me to another branch. I've done that. Take ownership please.
