I have taken a new contract with 8ta in December as 8ta offers 5G with S4 mini, however I received on phone on the 14th of Dec and requested that my number 0719702116 be ported, after going to the telkom store four times and sending mails to them my number was only ported on 31th of december, 17 days later after receiving my handset, now they want to to pay for a full month subs. Which is not fair I have got a reference number for this query and no one from 8ta has called me 73632328, over and below this problem I am having network problems, I have not had network for two days and now must wait a tech for 48 hours from telkom to come investigate the problem.
