FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICE

IN FEBRUARY 2013 I GOT A CELLPHONE CONTRACT WITH TELKOM MOBILE. THE CELLPHONE WAS AN APPLE IPHONE 5S AND THE PHONE STARTED GIVING ME PROBLEMS ON THE 08 DECEMBER 2013 UPON WHICH I TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE ON THE 10 DECEMBER 2013. THE PHONE WAS BOOKED IN FOR REPAIRS. AN SMS WAS SEND TO ME TO INDICATE THAT THE PHONE WAS SEND TO JOHANNESBURG AT THEIR REPAIR CENTRE. TWO WEEKS LATER I WAS SEND ANOTHER SMS THAT THE PHONE HAS BEEN DISPATCHED TO POLOKWANE. FOUR DAYS LATER I COLLECTED THE PHONE AND FOUND THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED. I TOOK THE PHONE BACK TO THE STORE AND IT WAS AGAIN BOOKED FOR REPAIRS. THIS WAS ON THE 21ST DECEMBER 2013. SINCE THAT DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM EITHER THE REPAIR CENTRE OR THE STORE CONCERNED. ON THE 06 JANUARY 2014 AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER (ELSIE VAN STADEN) WHO PROMISED TO CALL THE REPAIR CENTRE AND CALL BACK BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. PLEASE FOLLOW THIS UP FOR ME AND GET ME A NEW PHONE. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO HAVE A PHONE REPAIRED WHEN I BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR BRANCH MANAGERS WHO DONT RESPECT AFTER SALES.
