My cellphone contract was upgraded! After 2 days i returned the phone and requested to have my contract cancelled which rhe cell c representative confirmed was in order. the necessary forms where completed and i left the store without a phone. a week later i phoned to confirm that the contract was indeed cancelled and i was informed that my contract cancellation was declined. Aftter weeks of driving to the store and back and getting head office involved i received confirmation that my contract is now cancelled.
Yet, my contract debit order is still going off and i am paying for a non existing contract.
i am not receiving feedbAck after the new manager confirmed that it was a mistake and miscommunication on cell c side.
i find this unacceptable to have been paying and still paying a cancelled contract.
i need to be refunded in full, fed up with cell c poor service, being sent from pillar to post and just not receiving any joy. not happy!
