Poor Service @ cellc direct

On the 10th December 2013 I have applied to upgrade my cell phone contract and chose Huawei P6 phone to upgrade with, up until today I don't get feedback from cellc direct about when will my phone be delivered. Their service is pathetic, they don't have follow ups to inform customers about progress of the cellphone upgrades application. I logged a complaint on 23 Dec 2013, no one has made contact with me. I am disappointed with cellc direct service.
