Expensive 100Gig Prepaid Data SIM Mess

On the 27th June 2013, I purchased a LTE launch offer of a Hauwei E3276 LTE USB rotator dongle, 128K Power SIM & 100 Gig prepaid data valid for a year from Golden Acre's Cell C shop
Firstly I have been terribly frustrated with the signal. I live in Somerset West, and although I know the LTE network is only available in Cape Town, I have been dropping into the lower quality signals consistently, with such a poor connection that I eventually had a Telkom ADSL line installed for internet use.
Now, I cannot even use the dongle anymore. I can see that it connects on the Mobile partner tool, but I am unable to download any data.By the Mobile Partner's tool estimation, I have used barely 5 gig, there should be close to 95Gig left on the card.
I have phoned Cell C (140) about 3 times, I have phoned the 084 1555555 number, and I have gone into a cell c store at Somerset Mall, and I have emailed custserv@cellc.
Apparently the card has expired
(HOW?! I only bought it in June?)
And apparently it is not under my name
(HOW???!!! I purchased it, have the proof of payment, and the store RICA'd me before giving me the package)
