And stil Nxatel is not providing the service which they promised us. We still do not have the router that we are supposed to have, and our call quality is poor poor poor. We are literally not able to have conversations with our customers who ends up being frustrated with us.
Nxatel promised us a 4Mbps line when they sold us the package, but after everything was delievered and installed (except of course the router), we discovered that there is no 4Mbps service in our area. Sure this is Telkom's exchange which is poor, but surely Nxatel should have investigated the matter before making all the promises.
I remember a conversation with one of the people there he said something like this (not verbatim "I know we have been having some problems with our service, but you will be so happy with our product, it works wonderfully". But we are most certainly not happy with their product in fact, it matches their horrible service almost to a T.
I don't think I have ever dealt with a worse company in my life.
