I have done a sim swap on the 5/1/14 at Vodacom Chatz Connect Festival Mall at 10h54. I was told it will take up to 3 hours to be activated, 3 hours later no connectivity on both my sim cards. Phoned them and then I was told another 2 hours! Well its been over 24 hours and still no connectivity. Now they expecting me to wait ANOTHER 24 hours before it will be activated!!! WTH??? Please explain this?? Who will reimburse me for my data that I will loose on the 10/1/14 for the 2 days that I am not able to make use of it?
