I have been into the Canal Walk Repair Centre store about 16 times in the last 2 months trying to get my Blackberry Q10 fixed. It is now with a "Senior Technician" since the 11 December 2013.
I have left numerous messages for managers Tracey or Steven to call me back but they never do, the receptionist keeps on saying they will call back in 10minutes but I am still waiting 3 weeks later.
When I initially took my phone in for repairs 14 days after my upgrade the consultants in the store told me what a phone the Blackberry Q10 is & that I should never of taken it - "I'm sure blackberry will appreciate that"
All I want is a new phone as I was promised by Tracey on the 11 December, so I can get my upgrade reversed, cancel my contract and move to another service provider.

What do I need to do to get service out of them?? I cannot keep driving there every week and spend 2 hours standing in a queue to be told my phone is still with the technician.
