I reported a faulty handset on the 2nd of December 2013, the handset was booked for repairs. The courier picked up my handset just to return it a few days later with the same problem! I reported it again on the 20th of December 2013. Since then I haven't heard from autopage again. The faulty headset is still in my possession, I had to buy a new handset because of the inconvenience autopage has caused me. I have to pay for something I can't use. Each month autopage deduct their money by debit order without any problem, but the service they give to me are pathetic!
