On 13.04.2013, I bought a Sony Experia Tablet S, on a 24 months contract from Mtn, Jubilee Mall (J.M). About 2 months later, I could not log on to the internet. I went to the store, the device was re-setted and handed back to me. A few weeks went by, the problem emerged again. I requested that they take it in but it was not. In October, the device stopped charging. I took it to Mtn J.M. I was told to take it to Kolonnade. Upon arrival, on 12 Oct, I was turned back for the full package. The following day, Kolonnade branch said I should take the device to J.M. At J.M, the device could not be accepted as it was Sunday and the store does not take in devices for repairs on weekends. I went back on Monday. The device was taken in and returned a few weeks later- still not charging. I requested that they order a charger for me to purchase- no delivery to date. Since then, I have looked for a charger in about 7 Pretoria based Mtn stores, only to be told the device has been discountinued. Now, I am paying monthly for a device that is gathering dust- that is R289 x 18 going to waste. Is it possible to get a new, on circuit, device.
