Upgraded on the 14th of December. Did not have the iPhone 5 in stock. I paid for everything and they told me they will call me as soon as the phone arrives. Now 3 weeks later. The parade quote has expired and no feedback from Vodacom. They have lost my paper work and still no phone. Is this the kind of service that we as South Africans find acceptable???
I am at the verge of canceling my contract and never using Vodacom again.
