Throttling Policy

People be warned stay away from mweb they are the worst isp in the country. After downloading more than a 100gb of data I was throttled to unusable speed on my mweb account.. So I phoned mweb and after fighting with them over the phone the person explained to me their threshold policy and that it will be fine the next day. The next day came and it was still throttled so I phoned again and again I got nowhere with them another 2 days later the line was unthrottled and I thought all was fine but what do you know after downloading just 10gb the line was throttled again. I phoned again and spoke to the manager but as you know by know they are no help whatsoever. It doesn't reset at all it just keeps throttling you.

So if your thinking about getting mweb uncapped DON'T!! You do not get what you pay for. They don't just throttle you they make your line unusably slow.

Oh and let me guess some Representative going to post some generic message at the bottom as a reply. Thats also typical of mwe
