I need to use my line please!

My LINE 0845642877 was suspended due to non-payment, arrangement were made and debit order went through successfully taking an amount of R418-00 on the 31st December 2013, i was advised that my line will be reconnected once the bank has confirmed that the debit order went through and that takes 2 business day, my line is still suspended with the error message "sim not provisioned"what i would like to know is why is my line still suspended after 4 days from the day on which a DEBIT ORDER were through, i am really not impressed with the kind of service that i am getting, this is unacceptable and frustrating what one has to do to get excellent customer service?
