Data Bundle - what data bundle?

On 15 November we went to the woodlands Branch of MTN requesting an ad-hock data bundle to be loaded to my wife's accoount. The asssitants told us that the data bundle is valid for 5 months so we went for the 500MB option.
A month later we realised that the data bundle was never loaded and that all the data used up and until then was being paid by the normal package at R2/MB.
When enquiring about this and unknown or approved "content charges" being billed we were informed that the data bundle was never loaded and we were sent to the Brooklyn branch to assist since Woodlands is only a franchise and they can not assist with such detailed account queries.
At Brooklyn they assisted with loading a recurring 300MB data bundle. A few days later we were informed that they could not activate it and we had to phone the call centre to remove this from the account, since they could not recitify their own mistakes...
After numerous calls to the call centre it should be noted that data is still being used at the consumer's risk for being overcharged since nobody can tell us what the heck is goining on on this account. Seems like the one hand does not know what the other is doing at this co...
