Requested contract settlement amount in 2008.No response. Received final demand letter in 2009. Received settlement balance of R479.23. Paid on 28/7/2009. Cancelled contract. On 3/1/2014 (5 years later) I receive a call from Shaun at DMC regarding an outstanding balance that I owe. This is absolute rubbish! I had a call from Nosipho at DMC on 12/12/2013 re same matter. I faxed 13 pages to 0867293316 on 17/12/2013. Each time Virgin Mobile engages a new debt recovery company, then I get a call. I'm sick and tired of this. Virgin Mobile needs to get it's house in order. This kind of incompetence from a global organization is totally unacceptable. Virgin Mobile needs to reconcile their books first before they hand over details to debt recovery companies - it's offensive and insulting to be contacted regarding an alleged debt that was settled in 2009 already. I will go the media with this matter. Enough is enough! Simone Patience
