STILL NO ADSL INSTALLATION

Residing in Fairdale, Diep River - Southern Suburbs, Cape Town.

I placed an order on the 6th December 2013 for a Telkom adsl line to be installed. Everything got processed, including credit check etc. Also received the "Welcome to Telkom Internet" SMS, including account username and Temp password, shortly after confirming the order with the agent.

Up until today - I still have had no one from Telkom contact me regarding an install date or what the actual problem is. I have called the 10210 several times for updates but mostly get an answer that its still being processed or that there's insufficient infrastructure (even though there are 2 telephone jacks in the apartment which was used by previous tenants).

Any sensible feedback would be greatly appreciated.
