Overcharged and Ripped off!

I activated a 1gb data bundle on my contract in November and was told that it would go live from the 1st December.

During December (around the 17th) i got a message from Vodacom telling me that my data bundle was finished and now out of bundle rates would apply. I know due to the data usage app that i use that i had only just gone past 500mb.

I called in and spoke to a consultant from Nashua Mobile. I was told that it was an error on your side as they had loaded the bundle (the 1gb) and i was being charged for it but somehow it had not been loaded with Vodacom. I was told over the phone (please find the call) that i would not be charged for my bundle or any out of bundle data for the month.

HOW do i then get billed through my debit order for the full bundle (1gb) even though i only got 500mb and then on top of that i get charged for out of bundle data!!!

Please sort this out immediately
