Impossible to get hold of telephonically

On 03 December 2013 I went to the Bellville Store to transfer my land line from my old residence to my new one. After standing in a queue for half an hour I was put on a phone to a call centre. The operator took quite some time to take my information, then kept me holding for ages and eventually told me that she is not sure if my order was captured as the system is offline. She advised me to call back the next day to follow up.
Since 3 December 2013 I have been calling Telkom's customer support line on 10210 on various occasions, at different times of the day but within office hours, I get put on hold for at least 15 minutes at a time where after I have to hang up as I have other commitments. My land line has not been working since early December and my line has not be relocated yet. My debit order has still gone off but I have heard NOTHING from Telkom. I have logged into my online account and have noted that some or other order registered on 02 December 2013 is being executed but I am still waiting. This is frustrating especially since one cannot get hold of them to even follow up on the status! This is not the first time I am getting bad service from TELKOM!!! Frustrated!
