My vehicle wasbroken into on the 30th dec with no visible damage other than the drivers door handle being out of alignmnet. The made off with my business phone was left in the centre console ofvmy vehicle.

Ivused my car remote to lock up as i usually do as this is not my first encounter with crime. When i returned to my vehicle it was unlocked, and my phone with other possessions. The saps told me it was remote jamming. When i tried to submitt a claim i was refused as i needed to physically pull on my door handle as the very much educated call centre agent told me to verify the veuicle was locked. I asked where in my policy it states this, as my verification comesvin the form of the vehicles hazards flashing once.

Thus due to the above and the fact that the damage to the vehicle is negligeble im not being paid out after i did all i needed to doas a car owner to verify my asset is safe.

I did nothing wrong here. I followed the rules and even, took up vodacoms insurance as i was told by the agent that it was within my best interest to do so. I will not leave this here. If my claimbis not paid i will taint vodacoms brand image
