Upgrade Billed and not delivered yet

On 6 December 2013 I upgraded my data package and upgraded my device to the Ipad air on the [URL Removed] website. Through December the website change so that I could not follow the status of my upgrade. I did not receive any feedback from Vodacom and still today on 2 January 2014 no device was delivered. I decided to phone vodocom and after waiting 30 minutes for my call to be answered I was informed that they tried to deliver but did not find me at the delivery address, although I was at the delivery adress throuhout December (And it is amazing that a telecommunication company cannot phone me) to inform me that the package is being delivered or that they are unable to to find me at the delivery address. After phoning them on 2 January 2014 I got informed that it will take 72 hours for them to investigate what went wrong. So I am still waiting for my device but amazingly vodacom already billed me for the upgrade. It is amazing how they can bill before fullfilling the order. At least the billing part is working. Vodacom, this is pathetic and although I have never considered moving in the passed 10 years as a customer, I thinkk it is time to consider.
