We run a business, phone line went faulty on 11-12-2013 and was reported to the telcom call centre.reported a further 3 times with no responce or repair of line. Took matter up with telcom office in pinecrest centre on 3 occasions. Technician contacted me and said there wasn't anything wrong with the line but the fault seemed to be with their control centre but to this day still no incoming phone line and business is being lost due to no incoming phone line.
Is Telcom going to compensate for lost revenue???
