Order from Orange Online Store not being delivered

I ordered goods from Online South Africa on 18/12/2013, everything went well and quite smoothly until they were paid. I have contacted Customer Services numerous times to find out delivery of my item, order number 3CJH-5F20-653A, to no avail - they just say I need to wait for delivery (which was promised the 23/12/2013). Now I would like to cancel my order to be able to get my money back, but customer services says I must first receive the goods before I can cancel... what the??? I need a cellphone to do my job, now I sit without a phone, and without money to be able to purchase a new phone.
