Does Cell C know what the CPA is?
As a Cell C client, I have requested that Cell C do not SMS spam me. They chose to ignore it. Now Cell-C clients are SMS spamming me.

Spam is on a Sunday morning - a violation of the CPA
I can opt out, sure - at a cost - violation of the CPA.
I wish to know who this is as to enforce my rights as per the CPA & ECT Acts (Where did they get my details?). Cell C refuses to share this info. This is not a private phone, this is a downstream SMS provider - a difference.
In light of this, I wish to know by which rights does Cell C claim to be a legitimate business adhering to local laws?
A promised call back from tech support never happened, nothing new coming from Cell C.
Cell C, I wish to state you have the most pathetic service of all the cellular providers I've ever done business with, if not across all businesses! Respect your clients (and their privacy)
