Mobile insurance a with Cellsure & Vodacom

Phone was lost in May, followed the claims and blacklist process, went to a Vodacom store as advised to sort out handset issue, only to be told by consultant that there's a completely different process to follow. I now called Cellsure as we wish to use the claim as cost toward a different device and Jackie (insurance consultant) tells me outright "there's no way you can use the claim toward a diffrent device. We only cover you for a phone, not any other mobile device." When one takesout insurance (mobile especially) we're under the impression it's device cover and not only for a phone, yet you don't get told that when you take the insurance.
They (Vodacom consultants) tell you that you can replace any device with the value insured, but there are actually different Insurance applications for "Handsets aka cellphones" and "Laptops, Tablets". Cellsure insurance doesn't pay-out the approved amount, they subtract it from the replacement they cover you for. So you don't have insurance, you have replacement.

VODACOM & CELLSURE are ripping-off the public!! I'm disgusted that I used to be a loyal Vodacom customer.
