2 months, no reply @ R 189 pm for what

About 2 months ago, i booked my iPad in for repair at tygervalley as the screen of the pad is broken. The iPad was just sent back, after the GM said it must be booked in, when it came back, it was said that they don't work on iPads. I have insurance by cellsure, in the meantime i mailed both cellsure and vodacom to get info about how to go about to get my claim sorted, still no reply, i think at R189 pm i at-least deserve a reply, but guess I'm paying for a service that doesn't exists. In my world you call it corruption. peoples money and not giving any service, i work in the customer service industry, and i know this is not how you treat your customers. I saw in the bathroom the other day at tygervalley, that you can get your car insured of the value of R100 000 for R199, now can someone tell me why I'm paying R189 for a R10 000 device and don't even get a reply? Really sick if you ask me.

So what is going to happen is that i would let no one take insurance by Cellsure, its a bunch off, money making scheme, 's, and no integrity.

Hope the CEO get to sleep at night while knowing they good honest citizens.
