Cancellation of 8-ta contract

We went to their shop in the Waterfront to cancel my contract on the 2 of November 2013, I was given a cancellation form to fill in and send via email. I send the form on the 7th of November as my contract was to end 9 December 2013. I send an email asking for a confirmation of cancellation, I went to the same shop again 21 of Desember and no one could answer me. I send an email yet again and still no responce. Wat more can I do. There is no way that I'm going to pay for this contract anymore.
