NO FEED BACK YET!!!

I'm very frustrated as I haven't received feedback from the store manager with regards to canceling my vodacom contract as it was still within the initial period and no one has bothered to follow up, including (Tebogo head of after sales department at the call centre!)

As a result my number has now been suspended and I'm not able to make calls or sms until the 1st of January. I've asked these people to cancel my contract and change it back to top up but nothing is being done. Their service thus far has been appalling! To make matters worse, they still have the phone tucked away at the store and didn't even bother to take it to be checked as the phone was faulty. It's now over 14 days of my contract and nothing! I demand feed back on this issue ASAP and had better not be debited for a phone I don't even have.

Vodacom should concentrate on customer service than doing dodgy business just to push a sale and leave a customer UNHAPPY and frustrated!
