I have Neotel prepaid and top up once a while since we don't spend a lot for landline calls. This used to work fine, until recently when I could not phone due to "airtime validity expired", even though my balance was still over R50. This did not happen before. I do not understand how Neotel can change the terms and conditions of their prepaid service without notifying us as customers. Also there is no mention of this on the Neotel website.
This is illegal what Neotel has done, it changed the terms and conditions without informing customers how they are affected.
