My son upgrade his contract last year and wanted a blackberry curve 9360. The phone was working fine until the phone went for a swim. We claimed through our insurance and bought a new phone by MTN, since we got the second phone this model have been in repairs for 6 times and every time the phone goed in the phone gets replaced with a new phone. The last repair was in January and today we received a new phone again. This model of the blackberry is not working and is giving alot of problems. We requested that if the phone gets replaced to replaced the phone with another model. Mtn Keywest did not want to help. We have also loaded a complaint with Blackberry to see if they will be able to fix the problem with this model as it looks like MTN solution is to replace the phone every time. MTN is not willing to help to sort the problem that have been going on since last year March 2012.
