I upgrade my vodacom contact in aug (which i now regret) I got a samsung s4. my screen has cracked and I want to take it in to get it repaired. I have called vodacom customer call centre from my cell 4 times and got put through to all diff departments finally someone told me i could go in to any vodacom to get a copy of when I did my upgrade. went to Vodacom eastgate today where they told me they can't help me!!! I called vodacom again and still no assistance. I can't get my phone fixed until I have proof of when I did my upgrade... vodacom have been no help
