Mweb
Account migration nightmare

I currently have a 1mbps un-capped ADSL subscription with Mweb. My problems began when I moved premises which meant I had to have my line migrated. My 1st phone call to Mweb was on the 3rd of December and it is supposed to take not more than 10 working days. Today is the 29th of December and this has still not been sorted out. This week I discovered 2 things. (1) My old ADSL account is still active (The one that Mweb supposedly cancelled) Telkom is still billing me for it. (2) I also had internet connection for 3 days then received an error web-page that my cap has been reached apparently my account was downgraded to an ADSL 2GB capped account which is done during the migration period so I had reached my cap but the funny part is that WHEN YOU REACH YOUR CAP MWEB WILL CHARGE YOU 20 CENTS PER MB and the only time you will be informed this is after you've exceeded that cap now I have been informed that I owe over R600 and this is for an account that is supposed to be capped. Everytime you migrate your line Mweb will double bill your subscription end of Jan 2014 i'll have to pay over R1200 to Mweb the double bill subscription and R600 for exceeding a supposedly capped account. UNFAIR
