Telkom uncapped ADSL still not working!!!

I ordered Telkom uncapped ADSL 2mb/s which was eventually installed after a third technician took the time to do the installation and not give me a story. Eager to try the ADSL connection I got more and more frustrated as the internet connection keeps dropping and the telephone line is so bad that I can hardly hear anything with a lot of scratching noise. I would surf the internet or download updates to software and the connection will just drop. The connection is not stable. As I am typing, my connection has been down for almost the whole day. Uncapped internet my. I know that speeds will not always be the same but I thought that I would at least stay connected and get a product as advertised. I am paying for a service I am not getting. I reported this problem to Telkom and got a reference number. Days went by with no reply from them, so I reported the problem again and was given another reference number. This morning I got a sms telling me that the problem was restored (ref - 522cwz191213)?!? Nothing has changed, my line is still bad and no internet. Reference numbers given to me are 522cwz191213 and 236crk261213. Telkom fix my problem please!! Really annoyed!!
