Vodacom

Yet again things need to go through HelloPeter for Vodacom to do what they preach they do and should be doing. As automated as Vodacom is or should be, I cancelled my 3 contracts and paid the premature fee as is the obligation but since then relentless debit orders keep going off and no one reading from the system cant explain this to me, month in month out, debit orders are going off. Today the 27th Of December an unwarranted amount was debited eating into my funds for other debits, now thanks to your clinical way of doing things for such a huge company, my debit orders have started bouncing. I will have a record and possibly be listed thanks you. Who in their right mind takes up a contract and then pay a chunk of whats due in advance that really defies all logic. I cancelled these contracts in June 2013, December 2013 we still singing the same song with incompetent vodacom employees. Dates i got for my premature cancellations were in May 2013 i paid in full June 13th 2013.. Once again debits orders went off and on December 5th 2013 I queried all these debit orders and was told they had been cancelled.. My Account number is I2615014
