VIRGIN MOBILE ABSOLUTE SHOCKING SERVICE

I tried to do an upgrade on my current contract. The phone was not delivered and when I phoned to follow up the phone was not even released. I then told the agent that they can cancel the phone and don't even need to upgrade as its not even been done. A week after that I received a call saying that the phone will be delivered today, I mean what the, First the phone hasn't been ordered and now the phone is up for delivery. Anyway, the agent then said the phone will be returned. I had the option to cancel my contract as the amount for the cancelation fee of R2500 was deducted. After the month passed Virgin Mobile deducted another cancelation Fee off my account. What BULS! T! I phoned customer service 7veral times after a agent telling me that I can expect 3 more debit orders. After I spoke to the 1st agent he said that the phone is cancelled immediately! The phone lines always gets dropped! And they have Incompetent Staff. NO Managers around After waiting 80 min on the line and call drops 3times Almost all Stores are closed down so where to go? I suggest NO ONE uses Virgin Mobile. I would like this situation to be resolved
