After roaming in Mozambique for a week (15-22 December 2013) I received an SMS the day after returning home stating that I reached my credit limit of R6000 - when i phoned immediately the account was at R13000 and on the 25th I received another SMS that the account stands at R21000. Why do i have a credit limit if you let the account go so far above it?? I MTN has failed its responsibilities by not stopping and warning me timeously about the excessive data usage. i therefore do not feel that i am liable for any amount above the initial credit limit of R6000. I have been a loyal customer ever since MTN started out still using the same cell number.
