Exelent work done!!!

I have used Web4Us for many years now, and have read all the complains about them - No company is perfect. I think that these people complaining have nothing better to do...
One of the posts mentioned that port 25 was blocked - YES, this is normal with ANY ISP. I think the person who wrote that should take a few computer lessons, and maybe have his/her computers checked by a Professional (not by himself or one of his "Friends or Family") and invest in BETTER Internet Security like Kaspersky or NOD32.
If the bracket supplied by Web4Us pulled the bricks from my houses, I would certainly not blame Web4Us, but rather the person who build my house - How can you live in a house and feel safe, if a 3-Leg TV-Bracket pulls the bricks out of your wall?
Web4Us has a ticket system, where you can log and trace your fault if their lines are busy, and they actually respond within a day on your request, I can`t say the same for MANY other ISP`s - I have a faults pending with Telkom and Mweb for more than 3-Months now.
I think there is just people that will never be happy, and no matter you do, they will never be satisfied.
